Create PDF outputs from Google Docs

In this article, we will dive right into creating a PDF output from your Google Docs or Google Slides. However, if this is your first time creating a Portant workflow, please refer to this article.

Once you have created your workflow using Google Docs as a template, simply open your Template Block, located here:

Then, on the right-hand side of your screen, you will see an option called "Create PDF Copy." Simply toggle it on.

When an automation has run, you will be able to view the PDF outputs either from your Outputs tab or from your Google Drive folder.

To view the PDF output from the Outputs tab, simply open the Outputs tab, locate the automation item, and click its dropdown.

Alternatively, to view the PDF output from your Google Drive folder, simply click on the link located in the upper right corner of the Outputs tab.
