By setting up **Global Formatting**, your preferences will automatically apply unless manually overridden at the source field level. Additionally, you can customize your Time Zone, ensuring accuracy whenever using timestamp tags.

Once logged into your Portant account at[ app.portant.co](https://app.portant.co), click the Settings icon located in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Next, open the **Formatting** tab.
Then, use the dropdown menus for **Date**, **Numbers**, and **Time Zone** to select your preferred formatting.
Once you're done, click Save—and you're all set! 🚀
