How to sign up without a Google Account

To use Portant you need to first have a Google Account. But don't worry if you don't have a Google Account or your company doesn't have a Google Workspace account! You can still use an existing email address to create a Google Account. Once you've created your Google Account, you can easily sign up and log into Portant.

This guide is perfect for any users from a Microsoft Office company looking to get started with Portant

Let's get started!

  • Click "Create an account".

  • Enter your name and click "Next".

  • Enter your date of birth and click "Next".

  • Click "Use your existing email".

  • Enter your current email address and click "Next". In this example, we are using an outlook email.

  • To verify your email address, enter the code sent to your current email and click "next".

  • You might be asked to create a strong password. Create one and click "next" to proceed.

  • Enter your phone number and click "next".

  • Verify your phone number with the code sent to you via SMS and click "next.

  • Once your new account is verified, you can simply login to Portant App using your current email address. Click on "Sign up with Google".

  • Proceed by entering your current email address and password, then click "Next" to continue.

  • Finally, you will be successfully logged into your Portant account.
