Create Preview Links for Signature Requests

In this guide article we will jump straight to creating Preview Links for Signature Requests. However, if this is your first time creating a signature request workflow, please refer to this article.

Once you've created your workflow and included a signature request, navigate to the Signature Request Block to proceed.

Next, locate the toggle button labeled "Generate Preview" situated on the right-hand side of your screen and activate this option by toggling it on.

After the automation is executed, you can access the preview link within the Outputs tab, as shown below.

After clicking on the preview document link to visualize its contents, you can send the document to the recipient to sign by clicking the "Request to Sign" button.

Finally, to confirm the action, just click "Send".
