Did you know that you can review your documents using the Review Block directly from HubSpot? This is great for you to keep focused on your CRM without having to switch applications.<br>

**In this guide, we will cover:**

1. How to review documents using the Review feature in HubSpot

**How to review documents using the Review feature in HubSpot**

In this article, we will jump straight to reviewing documents in HubSpot. However, if this is the first time you are creating a Review Block in Portant App, please, refer to this [article](https://docs.portant.co/portant-docs/automation/review-block#how-to-add-a-review-block).

When a workflow with a HubSpot source includes a review block, each time it runs, the generated documents will pause at the review stage. Then, you can review, edit and approve them directly within the HubSpot Modal, as shown below:

However, if you're not the designated approver—or prefer to review it later—you can simply close the modal.

To approve the document at a later time, just click the link in the AppCard again to reopen the modal. Alternatively, you can approve the draft directly from the AppCard located in the middle section of the HubSpot record.

> **Note:** When the document is in the Review stage the status is "Draft". This status is also stored as a HubSpot Custom Property created by Portant.

To approve the document, click **Actions** in the AppCard:

When you click **Approve Draft (**&#x6F;r **Approve** from the HubSpot Modal), the document will move to the next stage of the process and be captured as approved in the Portant Output page, the document status, and the Activities section on the HubSpot deal page.

If you haven’t added the new App cards to your HubSpot yet, [follow this quick guide](https://docs.portant.co/portant-docs/sources/hubspot/how-to-install-the-portant-app-in-hubspot/how-to-add-portant-app-cards-to-hubspot) to easily set them up.
