There are various reasons why you may need to transfer your Portant account from one email address to another. Whether you've changed domains, started using a new email, or simply want to consolidate your accounts, it's important to ensure all your workflows and settings remain intact.
Now we’ll guide you through the process of transferring your Portant account seamlessly.
Note: Available exclusively for Pro, Teams, and Enterprise users.

How to request a transfer of your Portant account. To request a transfer, simply reach out to our support team through one of the following options:

1) Workflow Access:
The previous workflows were created under the old account.
When logging in with the new email, ensure you have access to Templates, Sources, and the Output Folders.
The Output Folders were also created by the previous account, so we recommend going to the Outputs Tab in Portant and changing the Output Folders to the new email account.
2) Remove Previous Google Permissions:
To prevent conflicts, we strongly recommend removing Google permissions from the old account.
Portant may still rely on the previous account’s permissions, causing errors when running the automations.
You can remove Portant’s access from the old account here: Google Permissions Page. Once on the Google Permissions Page, use the search bar to find "Portant."
Then, select “Delete all connections that you have with Portant”.
Finally, click “Confirm".
3) Reconfigure Email Aliases:
Any email aliases that were set up under the old account will need to be reconfigured for the new account.
Please make sure to set them up again to avoid any disruptions.
