Resolving Microsoft Permissions Issue

Fix Microsoft 365 permission issues in Portant. Admins can grant consent using the secure Microsoft link provided.

Some Portant users may experience a permissions error when connecting their Microsoft 365 account. This typically occurs when admin-level consent is required to enable the integration across an organisation.

Solution Provided

To resolve this, we’ve asked the affected users to visit the following URL and have their Microsoft 365 Administrator approve the necessary permissions:

This grants consent on behalf of the organisation for Portant’s Microsoft integration.

Once consent is granted, users should be able to connect without further issues.
