# Resolving Microsoft Permissions Issue

Some Portant users may experience a permissions error when connecting their Microsoft 365 account. This typically occurs when admin-level consent is required to enable the integration across an organisation.

**Solution Provided**

To resolve this, visit the following URL and have your Microsoft 365 Administrator approve the necessary permissions:

👉 [Admin Consent URL](https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/adminconsent?client_id=d14f6ac4-0ea8-4f25-8213-16c0df300efa\&redirect_uri=https://api.portant.co/auth/microsoft-login-oauth-callback/)

This grants consent on behalf of the organisation for Portant’s Microsoft integration.

After the user click this link and grants the permissions this message will be displayed, but don't worry, this means it has worked.

**Official Microsoft Documentation**\
For more information, refer to Microsoft’s guide on granting admin consent for enterprise apps:\
🔗 [Grant admin consent in Microsoft Entra](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/grant-admin-consent?pivots=portal)

Once consent is granted, users should be able to connect without further issues.
