How to request your Custom Object is added to Portant

1. Exact Name of the Workflow: Let us know the precise name of the Portant workflow you’d like to run from your Custom Object.

2. Exact Name of Your Custom Object: Please provide the exact name of the Custom Object you'd like to use.

If you’ve created a Custom Object and would like to personalise a document using the custom object data, follow the steps below to get started. Note, that due to certain HubSpot API requirements, this setup requires action from our team at Portant. To help us configure it for you, please provide the following information via our support chat or by emailing [e-mail].

Run Your Portant Workflows from a HubSpot Custom Object

To generate a document from your Custom Object simply open the custom object in HubSpot and locate the Portant CRM or App card.

Next, click on “Generate Documents” and choose the workflow you want to run:
