Delete Multiple Workflows at Once

Managing your workflows just got easier with Portant’s ability to delete multiple workflows simultaneously. This feature is especially useful when you have a large number of outdated or unnecessary workflows cluttering your dashboard. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you clean up your workspace efficiently. In this article you will learn how to: Delete Multiple Workflows at Once in Portant

1. Open the Portant App Start by navigating to the Portant homepage and logging into your account. This will bring you to your dashboard, where all your workflows are listed.

   
2. Switch to List View Click on the list icon to display your workflows in a list format, making it easier to select multiple workflows at once.

   
3. Select Workflows Identify and select the workflows you no longer need. You can click the checkboxes next to each workflow to mark them for deletion.

   
4. Delete the Selected Workflows Once you’ve selected all the workflows you wish to remove, click the Delete button.

   
5. Confirm Deletion A confirmation prompt will appear. Review your selection and confirm to permanently delete the selected workflows.

   

With just a few clicks, you can declutter your dashboard and keep your workspace organized!
